Basanta Bajracharya
Managing Director
Graduate in Business Management, a professional with more than twenty years of management, project planning, and assessment, design and evaluation experience in the Travel/Trade and Hospitality business in Tibet/Nepal/Bhutan. Basant has traveled extensively in Nepal, Tibet, Sikkim; Bhutan and overseas is fluent in Nepalese, English, Tibetan, Newari and Hindi. Basant deals with his clients personally and is very friendly and helpful wherever possible. He is also an expert on volunteers’ placement services and is a country representative for Oyster Worldwide of UK. His multicultural back ground and knowledge of Cultural heritage are the biggest assets of the company.

Prerana comes to us with a high level of professional experience in administration and financial management; keep us in our toe in terms of following our policy of ethical business practice. She graduated in economics from the United States and her years of experience working abroad makes her highly organized and skilled in financial analysis, audit planning, office management and administrative systems development.

Siddik is one of the most positive and promising member of our Team. He holds MBA degree. Siddik loves sports and used to be basketball coach; before he joined Basanta Adventure he hardly missed weekly football game and great die-hard fan of Liverpool club. Siddik has experienced of leading several Tour, Trekking, Expeditions in remote area successfully for more than 7 years. He speaks fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi and travelled overseas.
