Tibet Group Visa & Minimum Travelers Requirement

According to the latest regulations, a Group Visa for entry into Tibet requires a minimum of four applicants, and there must be a minimum of two travelers to enter Tibet.

Notes
1. Validity in China: The Tibet Group visa will be valid in China as well.
2. Group Travel Requirement: The group visa requires travelers to stay in a group both in Tibet and China.
3. Group Exit Requirement: The group must exit the country together.

China has expanded its visa-free entry scheme to boost Tourism.

China has expanded further and added Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay in its visa-free entry scheme to boost Tourism, visa free will be valid from 1st June, 2025 to 31st May, 2026.

Starting November 30, 2024, citizens holding ordinary passports from the 38 listed countries can enjoy a 30-day unilateral visa-free stay in China for purposes such as business, tourism, family and friend visits, exchanges, and transit.

This policy will remain in effect for most countries until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of further extensions subject to official announcements.
